Ikebana Class

Ikebana classes in March will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 26 at 1:00 p.m. Please bring a low vase, Kenyan, and ikebana scissors (or flower cutting scissors). Cost is $5 per class plus the cost of flowers/foliage ($5-$8). There is a sign-up sheet at the temple.

Participants need confirm their attendance so the instructor can purchase and prepare materials for the class.

Family Service & Mother's Day Activities

There will be no Family Service on the first Sunday of the month, May 6 due to the Honolulu District Intergenerational Picnic. Join us the following Sunday, on May 13 (Mother's Day), for a fun activity for the entire family after our Sunday Service.

For May's Mother's Day activities, we will be making tulips and yarn leis.

Please join us at the temple to decorate the hanamido (floral frame structure) for our Buddha Day service.
